Infinity Stock offers access to digital files including images, videos, and templates. These files are available for download after purchase or through subscription. Refunds are not always possible due to the nature of digital products. However, we offer refunds in limited and fair cases.

Refunds may be granted only in the following cases:

Case I: The file is broken, unreadable, or corrupted.

Case II: The file does not download, even after multiple tries.

Case III: The actual content is very different from what was shown in the preview or title.

Case IV: You received the wrong file due to a technical error on our side.

We do not issue refunds under these conditions:

1. You downloaded the file successfully and started using it.
2. You purchased the wrong item by mistake.
3. You thought the file would be something else without checking the preview or details.
4. You no longer need the file after purchase.
5. You forgot to cancel your subscription on time.
6. You made multiple downloads of the same file.
7. You claim dissatisfaction without clear proof of error or mismatch.
8. The asset has already been used.
9. You changed your mind after purchase.

To request a refund, you need to follow a proper process which is mentioned below:

1. Contact us within 7 days of purchase.
2. Share your order details while making the request.
3. Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Refund amount takes 7 to 15 business days to appear in your account.

Infinity Stock reviews every request carefully. We reserve the right to refuse refund claims that do not meet the above rules. By purchasing from our site, you agree to this policy.
