Author Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Infinity Stock — a platform where creative minds share their digital work with the world. These Author Terms & Conditions apply to all users who upload and sell content through our marketplace. Please read them carefully.

1. About Infinity Stock

Infinity Stock is an online marketplace for stock photos, videos, audio, templates, and digital assets. By becoming an author, you agree to follow these terms which govern how you submit, license, and earn from your work. We’re committed to fair practices, creativity, and a community built on trust.

2. Becoming an Author

To sell on Infinity Stock, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Create a valid user account with accurate, verifiable information.
• Submit original content that you own full rights to.
• Agree that your content will be reviewed before being published.

We reserve the right to approve or reject submissions based on our quality and legal standards.

3. Your Content Rights

You retain full ownership of the content you upload. By submitting your work to Infinity Stock, you grant us a non-exclusive or exclusive license (depending on your selected option) to:

• Display your items on the site.
• License your content to customers under our buyer terms.
• Use your content for promotional purposes (e.g., in banners, emails, or previews).

You confirm that:

• Your content is 100% yours — not copied, stolen, or generated using unauthorized tools.
• You have the necessary rights for all parts of the content (e.g., fonts, models, music).
• It does not infringe on anyone else’s intellectual property.

4. Submission Standards

To ensure marketplace quality, authors must follow our guidelines:

• Your content should match our quality critaria.
• Upload content that is technically sound and relevant to our categories.
• Include proper titles, tags, descriptions, and metadata.
• Do not use misleading keywords or irrelevant content to manipulate search results.
• Avoid spam or duplicate uploads.

Violation of these can lead to account suspension or permanent ban.

5. Earnings & Payments

As an author, you’ll earn a share of each sale or subscription download involving your content. Here’s how:

• Commission Structure: You’ll receive [insert your share, e.g., 50%-70%] of each sale.
• Minimum threshold amount: We will only pay your earnings in accordance with these authors terms once your unpaid earnings have reached the minimum threshold amount of USD$50.
• Payment:– We will pay your earnings into your nominated bank account within thirty days from the end of the month in which your earnings reached the minimum threshold amount. We will inform you of our supported payment methods from time to time. It’s your responsibility to make sure you give us accurate and up to date payment information.
• Payment errors:– We will continue to hold your earnings if:-

1. We do not have the correct payment details.
2. We can’t contact you using your contact details that provided by you.

We’ll provide full transparency through your earnings dashboard.

6. Taxes

Depending on your location and the laws applicable, taxes such as GST, VAT, or withholding tax may apply. You are responsible for:

• Collecting and paying all taxes associated with your use of, and your transaction in Infinity stock.
• Complying with tax obligations in your country.
• Understanding local and international tax rules affecting your income.

We’ll provide invoices and forms as required for compliance.

7. Prohibited Content

Authors must not upload:

• Pornographic, hateful, violent, or discriminatory content.
• Content that promotes illegal activity.
• Items containing unlicensed third-party elements (e.g., copyrighted music or images).

Infinity Stock has zero tolerance for such content and will take legal action when necessary.

8. Removal & Takedown Policy

You may request to remove your items anytime unless they are currently licensed under active subscriptions. Infinity Stock may also remove content for:

• Legal complaints
• Policy violations
• Poor performance or low-quality issues

If your account is terminated, remaining earnings will be subject to our final review.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your author account if:

• You breach these terms or community guidelines.
• • We receive repeated complaints about your content.
  • There’s evidence of fraud, manipulation, or misuse.

  You may appeal any decision by contacting our support team.

  10. Changes to These Terms

  Infinity Stock reserves the right to update these terms to reflect changes in laws, business practices, or community needs. We’ll notify you of major changes via email or dashboard announcements.

  Continued use of your account after such updates means you accept the revised terms.
